For scaled drawings, enable 2D Model sheet (View, Sheet View, 2D Model) and then create a 2D Model view (Tables, 2D Model, select area to copy, choose scale from list so that outline can be seen on drawing sheet, enable 'show scale' and click to place.) The 'Sheet Scale' selected from the sheet setup (Right click on sheet name, Sheet Setup..., Scale as required) appears to be superfluous. Solid Edge continues to be an excellent CAD package.
